1 C mesclun salad
1 Avocado peeled
1 Tomato diced
1/2 inch sliced bread
1 radish sliced
1 hard boiled egg
1 shallot minced
Course salt and pepper to taste
In a medium size mixing bowl, add the avocado, shallot and mix.
Arrange the salad on the plate
Toast the bread and add the avocado mix and diced tomato’s on top.
Garnish with radishes and hard boiled egg.
